a N g E r


Salamu’alaik ya nuha..


Result this block was announced this afternoon..Alhamdulillah..i passed all the 3 subjects..Alhamdulillah..=)


Hmm..that’s not the topic I would like to share here..here, I would love to talk regarding something which bothering me these days..anger..i tried writing it before this,but it was totally ‘ntahla’.heheh..


Anger..it surrounds me like bee surrounds the flower..it always around me..i feel like shout at it! But ,as it just my feeling I have no idea how would I shout at it ?


Ok..anger..let’s us see what it is..according to Wikipedia ,this is what anger means :


Anger is an emotional state that may range from minor irritation to intense rage. The physical effects of anger include increased heart rate, blood pressure, and levels of adrenaline and noradrenaline.[1] Some view Anger as part of the fight or flight brain response to the perceived threat of pain.[2] Anger becomes the predominant feeling behaviorally, cognitively and physiologically when a person makes the conscious choice to take action to immediately stop the threatening behavior of another outside force.[3]


Ok,enough of its definition..whatever the definition is,I once read , as long as you do not admit that you are angry , you won't get angry.but,the thing is ,when you have admitted it ,then you have to manage it.


here goes my anger story..


What or who am I angry at ?? hahaha.. i have no idea at all, as I hardly recall any . simply get mad.. when I think about it now,I feel like there was nothing to be mad at..apela!


on the other hand, Alhamdulillah, today , yes today ,I succeed in controlling it. Alhamdulillah..here I would like to share things that can be done when you get mad..


Firstly, any solution involving logic thinking should be put last..as ‘mad’ means you are totally ‘free’ from any logical thinking and reasoning .


Then .the very next thing to be done is take wudhu’.. then ,recite Al-fatihah with the niat to ‘sedekah’ the reward to who you are mad at ..you can sedekah al-FAtihah as many as you wish as it costs you nothing but only few minutes..


after you are no longer 'mad' your rationality will insya'Allah automatic-ly reinstall ,and you can start reasoning and judging your attitude just now.


P/s: for the part ‘sedekah’ al-FAtihah ,only applicable if you are mad at living creature..if you are mad at your sandals or any non-living thing,I don’t think it’s applicable....the rest,still applicable.=)


On the other hand,if you feel jealous at someone who have been given ni'mat~got better mark than you (as example)~,and somehow you feel unease (dengki) with that (as sometimes I do feel so..) ,go shake her (cannotla if his..) hand..and congratulate her for her achievement.. insya’Allah , the jealousy will fade away, if it’s accompany with sincerity..


Hahaha..back to anger management..


Besides that,after solat , do pray to the Almighty,to ease the anger. we can also zikr..here goes the zikr to soften our heart.. (it always be recited to kids when they are asleep as a duaa for them..my mom used to do so..rindunye zaman kanak2..)

Hmm..there is a lot more ways to control and tackle your anger,.but this are what I did ,and Alhamdulillah it works.I cannot guarantee you , it will work for you ,but anyway it worth trying..=)

Allah tidak membebani seseorang melainkan sesuai dengan kesanggupannya.ia mendapat pahala (dari kebajikan), yang diusahaknnya , dan iamendapat siksa (dari kejahatan) yang dikerjakannya.(Mereka berdoa):”Ya Tuhan kami,janganlah Kau hukum kami andai kami lupa atau tersalah.Ya Tuhan kami,janganlah Kau bebankan kepada kami, beban yang berat sebagaimana Engkau bebankan kepada orang2 sebelum kami. Ya Tuhan kami janganlah Kau pikulkan kepada kami apa yang tidak sanggup kami memikulnya.Beri maafla kami; ampunilah kami; rahmatilah kami . Engkaulah penolong kami , maka tolonglah kami terhadap kaum yang kafir”

Kalau sy bab marah2, caranya diam jek. Duduk kat penjuru mana2 tersorok, duduk la.

Kalau diikutkan sangat marah tu, bukan setakat hati sakit, mulut, badan pun boleh sakit.

hmm..betul.abah pun ada pesan kalau marah , diam.

tapi kalau didiamkan pun,kadang2 marah tu bersarang kat hati..cara nilah yang telah digunakan untuk lepaskan marah..heheh.especially bila marah kat mereka yang xpatut dimarahi..apela!
